Would You Rather

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Would You Rather at wyr.humanbit.in, operated by HumanBit (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or submitting a form you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and forms part of these terms.

1. The service

Would You Rather lets you build forms, including voice and media questions, share them, and collect and review responses. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.

3. Your content

You own the forms you build and the responses you collect. You grant us a licence to host, store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, including optional AI transcription and summaries you turn on.

As a creator you are the controller of the data your forms collect. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, telling respondents how it will be used, and honouring their requests.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Would You Rather to:

  • collect passwords, payment card numbers, or data you have no right to collect;
  • phish, impersonate others, or mislead respondents about who you are;
  • send spam or harass anyone;
  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing or abusive;
  • knowingly collect personal data from children under 13;
  • probe, overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Collaborators and API

Creators may invite collaborators and issue API keys for their forms. You are responsible for who you share access with and for keeping keys secret. Rotate a key immediately if it leaks.

6. Availability and data

We work to keep Would You Rather available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of responses that matter to you; exports are available from the results page.

7. Fees

Would You Rather is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans we will give notice before any charge applies.

8. Termination

You can stop using Would You Rather and delete your forms at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumanBit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Would You Rather. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 5,000 if you paid nothing.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
